Key Responsibility & Tasks:
- Provide expertise on materials, bonding processes, and surface treatments (coatings and paints),
- Provide expertise on the impact of corrosive environments on products,
- Define, manage or carry out qualification tests for surface treatments and bonding as part of new developments
- Research and qualify substitutes for obsolete or prohibited by environmental regulations substances in collaboration with the HSE network stakeholders,
- Participate in the definition of environmental qualification plans and validate the results on test specimens and final products in collaboration with subcontractors (laboratory, etc.),
- Provide expertise (process qualification, analysis of non-conformities, etc.) to our manufacturing subcontractors (production range, etc.),
- Provide solutions (internal or external) regarding resources and expertise required for physio-chemical analyses,
- Provide technical assistance to production and product support teams.
- Knowledge of expected environmental standards.
Skills Required
- Engineering degree or equivalent in the fields of physics and chemistry.
- Experience required in the industrial sector.
- Ability to build design plans and carry them out to provide advanced analyses on so-called complex materials and equipment, covering electronics, mechanics, thermal constraints, etc.
- Desired experience in the field of Defense.
- Basic project cost estimations, Project planning, execution and deployment. Structured and methodical approach
Years of experience - At least 5-10 years of experience in this area
Educational Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Engineering
