Role Overview
Within the CTO organization, the Tech-enabled Designer plays a key role in accelerating innovation by transforming concepts into tangible, testable experiences.
Working at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation, the role focuses on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and exploration of emerging interactions (notably AI-driven experiences), enabling teams to quickly validate ideas and demonstrate value.
The Tech-enabled Designer contributes to bridging the gap between design intent and technical feasibility, supporting innovation teams in building compelling and credible Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Prototyping & Experimentation
- Design and develop interactive prototypes (Figma advanced prototyping, coded prototypes, AI-driven experiences)
- Create realistic POCs and demos to support concept validation and stakeholder engagement
- Explore new interaction paradigms (AI, conversational interfaces, agent-based experiences)
Technology Exploration & Integration
- Continuously assess and experiment with emerging technologies (Generative AI, prototyping tools, automation)
- Identify and demonstrate relevant use cases aligned with innovation initiatives
- Contribute to defining new interaction patterns for future products and services
Design–Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with innovation engineers and technical teams
- Contribute to feasibility discussions and propose viable alternatives
Acceleration of Validation Cycles
- Enable rapid testing with users and stakeholders through tangible artifacts
- Support innovation projects with high-impact deliverables for:
- internal decision-making
- executive presentations (CTO / Business Lines)
- co-innovation workshops
Profile & Qualifications
Education
B.Design and M.Design
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or digital product design
- Proven experience in prototyping beyond static design (interactive, coded, or experimental)
Skills
Design & UX
- Strong UX and interaction design capabilities
- Ability to design complex user flows and systems
- Experience with service-oriented or system-level thinking is a plus
Prototyping & Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (interactive prototyping)
- Familiarity with code-based prototyping
- Experience with AI tools is highly valued
Collaboration & Mindset
- Strong collaboration skills with international teams (France / USA / Singapore)
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product)
- Ability to operate in uncertain and exploratory environments
- Proactive, curious, and experimentation-driven mindset

- Experience in conducting design workshops and Interactive sessions
