SW Developer & Data Manager

We are looking for a SW Developer & Data Manager.

The successful candidate will be inserted in a team which specifies, designs, develops and qualifies software applications for satellite test systems. The tasks will include:

• Software design.

• Software development using the C/C++/C# & PYTHON languages.

• Management of virtual environments (virtual machines, containers, hyper-converged systems).

• Software Testing and Validation.

The successful candidate will be inserted in a team whose primary job is to:

Develop software applications interfacing the satellite on-board units manage data for analytical or operational uses.

She/He will be responsible for building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems. Most of the sources refers to data coming from satellite platforms or satellite constellations.

Education

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience

Knowledge of the programming languages above mentioned.

Knowledge of the multitasking programming environments.

Background on network design and virtual environment management.

Knowledge

Programming languages:  C/C++/C#, PYTHON, Angular & Typescript for GUI apps.

Networking: Virtual networking, TCP/IP, SNMP

Data-Bases:  SQL & NoSQL data-bases
