This is a key leadership role within our Garden Island operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, parts and equipment across our supply and logistics function.
As the Supply Support Manager, you’ll lead the teams responsible for warehousing, receiving, inventory, distribution and shipping, ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time to support our production and repair activities.
You’ll have a strong focus on operational performance, developing your people and improving the way we work, while ensuring we continue to meet our commitments around safety, quality, cost and delivery.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Supply Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop the teams responsible for warehousing, receiving, inventory, distribution and shipping
- Oversee the movement and availability of parts and materials to support production and repair activities
- Manage inventory accuracy, incoming goods, inspections and material flow across the operation
- Coordinate outbound shipping, transport and customer deliveries, ensuring requirements are met safely and on time
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning and operational teams to resolve issues and improve performance
- Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost and delivery through Lean practices and effective performance management
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading warehouse, logistics, supply chain or material support operations
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to develop and support Team Leaders
- Experience across inventory management, warehousing, receiving, distribution and shipping
- Experience using ERP systems, operational data and dashboards to manage inventory and performance
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies within an operational environment
