DIGIS Tribes develop and maintain applications for Business Lines Avionics Global Services AGS, inside Thales GBU AVS.
AVS business lines provides, all around the world, customer support and maintenance of avionics Thales equipment.
The applications are built on top and outside SAP ERP. Their main business goals are to facilitate users’ day-to-day works (logisticians, repair technicians, marketing, sales, …) and improve overall industrial performance.
Such applications need to be connected in real time to SAP ERP, through OData web services, to read, update or delete data (SAP objects). We also have multiple reports and dashboards executed from SAP as wel.
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile delivery team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on agile best practices, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective) effectively and efficiently.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting agile values, principles, and practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, team collaboration, and learning.
- Track and report key agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to stakeholders.
- Support cross-team collaboration and coordination in a scaled agile environment.
- Assist teams in delivering high-quality software incrementally and iteratively.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure transparency and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an agile team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certifications preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all organizational levels
Knowledge/ Skills
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and understanding of technical environments.
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and experience in large enterprise agile transformations.
- Ability to drive organizational change and agile adoption beyond the immediate team.
