Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead in the investigation of Bench/Equipment failures.
- Responsible for the setting-up of means and tools required for multiple pilot, repair and production lines with adequate support from the Central Engineering Team.
- You will be responsible to conduct and support the necessary interfaces, technical negotiation, follow up on supplier realisation and managing of installation.
- Play an active role in the specification and localizing of test benches and tools as well as establishing the necessary maintenance strategies and contracts.
- Required to lead and propose improvement and investment plans.
- Responsible for implementation and maintain cybersecurity rules on the test benches and means.
- Contributes to establish standards, procedures and guidance helpful to the Operation.
- Participate in migration process of benches on the industrial network, backup policy and is the entry point for cybersecurity incident response and actions deployment on industrial means.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity network implementation on test benches and means will be an advantage.
- Industrial experience in high technology production, especially in new equipment setup and repair environment is an added advantage
- Min 3-5 years of Equipment engineering experience with some Project Management experience is an added advantage
- Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, tool/bench drawings and other technical documents Knowledge in RF or Test Software Engineering, TPM, implementing and utilizing GR&R for equipment performance/trending is an added advantage
- Hands on experience with installation and commissioning of equipment/tools
- Ability to lead, recommend and implement best practices and improvements to ensure a high level of quality and consistency
- Ability to work in a system-software integrated test bench environment
- Able to support shift work (Afternoon shift & night shift & weekend shift)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Able to support shift work (Afternoon shift & night shift & weekend shift)
