YOUR ROLE
We are seeking experienced Blast & Paint Operators to join a unique defence program based in Perth, Western Australia. This permanent full-time role includes an exceptional opportunity to undertake specialist training for approximately 15 months at Pearl Harbour, Hawaii before returning to Perth to contribute long-term to Australian Navy projects.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial spray painting
Certificate III in Surface Preparation or equivalent trade qualification (highly desirable)
Willingness to relocate to Perth for ongoing employment
Ability to successfully complete required medical and dental assessments
An NV1 Defence Security Clearance is essential for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. Additional information is available on the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website:

In some cases, candidates holding a current security clearance from certain foreign governments may have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government. The Australian Defence Trade Controls Act (DTCA) applies, and nationality may influence suitability.
