Customer Success Lead

At Tasklet, we're building the cloud agent OS for work. We believe we can be the main app that most knowledge workers use for everything.

As we expand into the enterprise, we need someone to own the entire customer relationship. That means making sure customers onboard successfully, get the support they need, and continue to grow & expand their usage over time. You'll be a manager & leader in charge of both sales and support for customers of all sizes, and you'll be a key voice for our customers inside Tasklet. We're a small team so you'll build much of this function from scratch.

This is a high-leverage leadership role with generous equity.

Compensation

  • $220k → $280k salary
  • 0.25% → 0.50% equity

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer success function — onboarding, adoption, retention, support, and expansion for all of our customers.
  • Manage our sales and support team, and define strategy and standards for both
  • Handle legal and compliance for larger customers — contracts, DPAs, security reviews, and the processes that enterprise customers require
  • Build scalable customer operations — playbooks and AI automation so we can serve more customers without proportional headcount
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — synthesize feedback into actionable product insights

Our ideal candidate

  • You've built customer success at a B2B startup and scaled it through enterprise growth
  • You're comfortable with legal and compliance work — contracts, security questionnaires, and regulatory requirements don't scare you
  • You're deeply technical and can understand what our product does at a meaningful level — not just surface-level talking points
  • You're a builder, not a process person — you'll create the systems, not just run them
  • You could easily lead CS at a top AI lab — but you want the outsized impact of a startup, and you believe Tasklet can win
