At Tasklet, we’re building the cloud agent OS for work. We believe we can be the main app that most knowledge workers use for everything.

To get there, we need to work for teams — not just individuals. That means auth, billing, permissions, compliance, security, and all the enterprise foundations that let organizations trust an AI agent with real work. This is the layer that turns Tasklet from a cool tool into critical infrastructure.

We’re looking for a senior engineer to build the organizational backbone of Tasklet. This is a high-leverage role with generous equity.

Compensation

• $230k → $300k salary
• 0.25% → 0.50% equity

Responsibilities

• Build and own the accounts, organizations, and workspace systems — team management, roles, sharing, and permissions
• Build billing and subscription infrastructure that scales from individual users to large organizations
• Implement AI guardrails and safety systems — permissions, human-in-the-loop controls, AI hypervisor, etc.
• Build compliance infrastructure: audit logs, data retention policies, and the security posture that enterprise customers require

• Very strong CS fundamentals & experience building complex cloud systems
• Exceptional, AI-native programming skills using an ultra-modern stack
• You’re AGI-pilled & deep into relevant AI tech
