Financial services has changed enormously. Much of the technology behind compliance hasn’t. Teams still spend hours on manual checks, disconnected systems slow down launches, and entering a new market can mean rebuilding the same processes all over again.

We’re changing that. spektr gives regulated businesses one platform for onboarding, monitoring and investigations, with configurable workflows and AI agents that do the legwork. Product, Operations and Compliance can move together, with the control they need to grow.

It’s a huge opportunity in an industry that has moved slowly for too long. We’ve built a product we’re proud to put in front of the most demanding customers. Now we’re looking for people who want to help get it into their hands.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a Product Owner to build products that compliance teams at banks and payment companies rely on every day, in more than 15 countries. You’ll work across the core of the spektr platform, from onboarding and monitoring to investigations, where our AI agents are taking on work that used to take analysts hours.

You will shape what compliance looks like when AI agents do most of the work. You’ll prototype, put ideas in front of compliance teams early, and work with engineering and design to ship what holds up in a regulated environment. You’ll do it at a Series A startup that moves fast, with the autonomy to take an idea from a blank page to a product running at banks and payment companies.

This is a chance to help define how compliance gets done, not to digitise the way it’s always been done.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You’ve owned product on a B2B platform and can show us what you built, how you tested it with users and what changed as a result. Experience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry is a plus.
• You build with AI. AI tools are part of how you prototype, research and explore ideas every day, and you have a view on how AI is changing the way products get made.
• Hands-on and fast. You’d rather show a working prototype than describe one, and you’re comfortable putting early work in front of users to learn quickly.
• Strong product and UX instincts. You can take a complex workflow and make it feel simple, and explain why one design works better than another.
• A platform thinker. When a customer asks for something, you look for the solution that fits the existing platform and scales beyond that one customer.
• Technical enough to go deep with engineers. You understand how systems, data and APIs fit together, and engineers want you in the room when decisions get made.
• Opinionated and open. You have a clear view on how things should work, argue for it, and change your mind when users or evidence show you otherwise.
• Close to customers by instinct. You’d rather sit in on a call with a bank’s onboarding team than read a summary of it.

Your route into product might have been through engineering, design, data, solutions architecture or operations. We’re interested in what you’ve built, how you think, and how quickly you learn. Prior compliance experience is a plus but isn’t a requirement.
