Qualitate is building the AI-native continuous intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis, replacing weeks of manual research with high output signal in hours.

Primary research remains slow and transactional for everyone involved. Investment and corporate strategy teams spend hundreds of hours coordinating intermediaries, scheduling calls, and synthesizing fragmented insights. Experts face repetitive outreach, screener calls, schedule wrangling, and one-off engagements that offer them little control or lasting value.

Qualitate transforms this experience with an AI-native expert network platform that gives participants the flexibility to contribute on their own time while enabling research at unprecedented scale. Qualitate’s AI Moderator conducts thousands of conversations with experts each month, capturing forward-looking purchasing plans, competitive displacement, and real-time ROI signals. Our continuous intelligence platform then turns these conversations into quantified, time-series outputs tracking over 10,000 public and private companies, queryable instantly in natural language. Our customers include some of the world's largest enterprises, hedge funds, PE firms, credit investors, and venture capital firms.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Qualitate's Expert Community. This is one of the most ambitious network-building challenges in AI today. Our network currently consists of XX,XXX experts contributing first-hand knowledge through Qualitate. Over the next 2 years we'll scale that network to over 1 million experts globally, all sharing what they're seeing in the field through conversations with our AI Moderator.

This is a rare product opportunity: a consumer-grade network at massive scale, where every interaction compounds. Each expert conversation delivers first-hand insight to the Qualitate platform, trusted by the world's largest corporations and investment firms. It feeds a proprietary dataset no one else has. As the network grows, Qualitate becomes the only AI system with always-on context from the real world: continuously refreshed knowledge of what's happening inside every industry, sourced directly from the people living it. You'll be building the human layer of that system.

You'll own the product strategy and experience that makes this network grow and endure, and you'll be accountable for the outcomes: activation, engagement, and retention. The experts are the foundation of everything Qualitate builds, and this role shapes how millions of professionals will share what they know with the world.

What You’ll Own

• Own the expert experience from onboarding through published insights. Define and continuously optimize the strategy, roadmap, and target outcomes across activation, participation, compensation, retention, and community referrals; including the systems that transform unstructured expert commentary into trusted, structured insights.

• Build the consumer-grade expert experience members actively choose. Drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a cohesive web and mobile experience which enables experts to effortlessly discover relevant opportunities, set their availability, participate from anywhere, and access personalized insights on the go.

• Create durable network dynamics. Build systems for recognition and reputation, learning and knowledge exchange, referrals and community-led growth. Qualitate’s expert network increases in value as members contribute over time.

• Own expert-community outcomes. Set targets for activation, engagement, and retention; diagnose performance by member segment and journey stage; and use those insights to prioritize the roadmap. Balance growth and participation with contribution quality, expert trust, and the long-term value members receive.

• Lead cross-functional execution. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to translate complex network and marketplace challenges into well-scoped initiatives. Ship at high velocity while improving outcomes for experts, customers, and Qualitate’s primary intelligence platform.

Who This Role Is For

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of complex, technical products or platforms.

• Community-minded marketplace builder. You understand the dynamics of marketplaces, networks, or contributor communities and believe durable participation comes from trust, agency, recognition, and reciprocal value, not simply better acquisition mechanics or incentives.

• Mobile product leadership. You have a proven track record of building and scaling mobile applications, with accountability for adoption, engagement, retention, product quality, and continuous improvement.

• Expert advocate. You develop deep empathy for users through direct research and ongoing feedback, and you ensure their perspective shapes product decisions.

• AI-first product thinker. You think in terms of systems, models, data, and workflows, and you know how to turn advances in AI and machine learning into durable product value.

• Technical systems builder. You have experience with AI-assisted data products, human-in-the-loop workflows, or systems where automation, quality controls, and operational judgment must work together at scale.

• Quantitative and systems-oriented. You can define meaningful health metrics, diagnose complex funnels and feedback loops, and connect technical decisions to member and business outcomes.

• Strong cross-functional leader. You can create clarity, earn trust, and drive execution across engineering, design, data science, operations, and business stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience with expert communities, expert networks, primary research, professional communities, panel businesses, or knowledge marketplaces.

• Experience building products involving identity, reputation, recognition, or member growth.

• Experience creating products or operating models from zero to one in an early-stage environment.

• Familiarity with investment research, corporate strategy, consulting, or other knowledge workflows that rely on primary intelligence
