C2BMC supports layered missile defense capabilities that enable an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It serves as a force multiplier by networking, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations, both globally and regionally, to improve performance. C2BMC is essential for all ground and flight tests that verify and demonstrate the current and future capabilities of missile defense systems.
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join one of the C2BMC Regional Applications teams in Colorado Springs, CO, with potential focus areas that include User Interface, Enterprise Services, or System Architecture.

Perform in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support
Work from specifications to develop or modify operating system–level applications and services that enable C2BMC mission capabilities
Assist with the design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs, ensuring high reliability and performance
Design, code, test, and implement tools to support operations automation and improve overall system efficiency and maintainability
Interface with other system support groups, including systems engineering, integration, test, cyber, and operations, to resolve problems, establish standards, and improve the efficiency and resiliency of the operating environment
