Open Application

If you are interested in working at Loft we encourage you to still apply, even if we do not have an open posting that is a match for your current skillset.

Location: Although our preference is for someone to work on-site in one of our 3 offices, we operate as a distributed team and realize sometimes the best people for a job can’t move to one of these places.  We encourage you to still apply. You are also encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description!

We look at our Open Applications regularly and will reach out to you if we think you are a fit for any current needs. Please keep an eye on our job site as we regularly post new roles there.

*Research shows that while men apply to jobs where they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other underrepresented people tend to only apply when they meet 100% of the qualifications. At Loft, we value respectful debate and people who aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions.  We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don’t check all the boxes.
