Founding GTM (AI-native)
Help Lab0 find the right customers, earn their trust, and turn interest into revenue.
We're hiring a founding GTM teammate to work directly with the founders across sales and growth. You'll research accounts, start conversations, run discovery, help with demos and proposals, and keep opportunities moving toward a signed deal. You'll also build the AI workflows and systems that make this work repeatable.
About Lab0
Lab0 builds AI accelerators for enterprise software implementations. We help software companies get customers live sooner and systems integrators bring AI into their delivery work, from discovery and planning through configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, go-live, and ongoing changes.
We support implementations across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Adobe Experience Manager, and Workday, alongside the other software and APIs those systems need to connect to.
Lab0 keeps requirements, decisions, configuration, integrations, and test evidence connected, so each implementation leaves behind context that makes the next change easier.
What you'll own
- Find the right accounts and people. Research software companies, consulting firms, systems integrators, and enterprise teams. Understand their implementation work, identify relevant decision-makers, and build useful prospect lists.
- Start conversations that lead somewhere. Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach, test messages and sequences, and follow up consistently. Connect Lab0 to a specific problem the prospect cares about.
- Run discovery and qualify opportunities. Ask how implementations work today, where delivery gets stuck, and what would make a change worthwhile. Understand fit, urgency, stakeholders, and the buying process. Bring the founders into well-prepared conversations with clear next steps.
- Help take opportunities through to a signed deal. Learn the product, run demos as you get up to speed, handle questions, prepare proposals with the founders, and keep commercial follow-ups moving. Make sure each conversation builds on what the customer has already told us.
- Build and improve our GTM workflows. Use AI agents, enrichment tools, and automation for account research, lead lists, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. Check the data and output, and turn what works into tools and workflows the team can reuse.
- Keep the pipeline clear and current. Own CRM records, meeting notes, stages, and next steps. Know which opportunities are progressing, which are stuck, and what needs to happen next.
- Run marketing and growth experiments. Write campaign copy and useful sales material. Help with launches, partner campaigns, conferences, and other events where we can meet buyers. Test channels and messages, measure the opportunities they create, and improve the next attempt.
- Bring customer feedback into the company. Share objections, recurring questions, and reasons deals move or stall. Work with the founders and product team to improve our targeting, messaging, demos, and product.
Who we're looking for
- Clear writing and thoughtful research. You can understand an account, find a relevant angle, and write something a busy buyer has a reason to read.
- Confidence in customer conversations. You listen closely, ask useful questions, explain a product clearly, and follow up with a concrete next step.
- Practical use of AI tools and agents. You can show a workflow you've built, explain how it helps, and describe how you check its output.
- Commercial curiosity. You want to understand how enterprise software gets bought and implemented, who makes the decisions, and what earns a customer's trust.
- High ownership, low ego, and reliable follow-through. You can turn an incomplete brief into action, keep details organized, and surface problems early.
- Willingness to experiment. You test an idea, look at the results, and change your approach when it isn't working.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, growth, consulting, or an early-stage startup will help. Familiarity with enterprise software or systems integration is a plus. Show us what you personally did and what came of it.
What good looks like
You're creating relevant customer conversations, turning them into qualified opportunities, and helping those opportunities reach a decision. You know which accounts and messages work, keep follow-ups moving, and leave behind workflows that make the next campaign easier. We care about the quality of the pipeline and the revenue it leads to.
Why join
You'll work directly with the founders and help shape how Lab0 finds and wins customers. You'll see the full path from the first message to a commercial decision, with direct feedback from buyers and the product team. As you learn the product and market, you'll take on more of the sales process and own the approaches that prove effective.
Show us your work
Tell us about a campaign, customer opportunity, or growth project you personally worked on. Who were you trying to reach, what did you do, what changed after you tested it, and what was the result? Include an outreach sample and, if you have one, an AI workflow or automation you've built.
About the interview
- Intro conversation with a founder.
- Previous work and problem-solving discussion.
- Practical GTM exercise and review: research an account, write outreach, and walk through how you'd qualify and follow up on an opportunity.
- Non-technical discussion.

About Lab0
Enterprise software implementation is broken, and it has been for decades. Every rollout, whether it's a traditional ERP or a new AI system, requires months of manual integration, configuration, and tuning done by armies of system integrators and forward-deployed engineers. Lab0 builds agentic systems that automate this layer, compressing months-long implementations into weeks.
