- Troubleshoot complex PLM issues and drive root-cause analysis and long-term solution design.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to define PLM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, data model changes, and performance improvements.
- Develop documentation, technical specifications, and test plans for delivered features.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to PLM architecture strategy and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 9 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Teamcenter; or a master’s degree with 7 years of related experience.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated engineering environments.

- Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and modern deployment methods.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
