Why this role matters:

As a QMS Specialist, you’ll ensure ICEYE’s Quality Management System is effectively implemented and embedded within our Greece production operations, enabling consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery of products that support mission-critical Earth Observation capabilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ICEYE’s Quality Management System within the Greece production facility
• Act as the subject matter expert for QMS, quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental topics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry standards, and act as the main contact for audits and certifications
• Lead internal audits and ensure strong documentation control across operations
• Define, track, and report quality KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and coach teams on QMS processes, tools, and best practices to embed a culture of quality

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, compliance, or process improvement roles
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001
• Hands-on experience with quality tools and risk management methods such as RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and PDCA
• Experience conducting audits and working with regulatory or certification bodies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience with AS9100, AQAP2110, or similar standards
• Experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement approaches
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
