Micro- School Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teacher — Maricopa, AZFlourish Schools | Full-Time | $35,000–$40,000

About Flourish

Flourish is a growing network of private micro schools across the greater Phoenix area serving students in grades 3–8. We believe school should be more human, more joyful, and more intentional. Our small campuses use project-based and skills-focused learning to build curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and genuine student ownership. We're not a traditional school — and we're proud of it.

The Role

We're looking for an Assistant Teacher to join the team at our Maricopa campus. As an AT, you'll work as a para-professional alongside our two lead teachers, supporting students throughout the school day in a close-knit, dynamic learning environment.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You won't be grading worksheets in the back of the room — you'll be in the thick of it, helping students work through real projects, navigate challenges, and build the skills they'll carry far beyond middle school.
