The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Analyst - 1st Shift to join our Engineering organization in North Charleston, South Carolina.
As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
Provides analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Delivers informational or technical materials.
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
Develops and deploys localized training content.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management
3+ years of experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with schedule, logistics and project management at the Director and Vice President level
Experience working across BCA and with multiple programs
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives
