Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain and Vendor Assist Manager to join the 787 Value Stream Integration located in North Charleston, SC on 2nd shift.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leading the completion of supplier work statement from Final Assembly Roll out to B1 readiness

• Finding compliant solutions to problems when they are not readily present.

• Working with the FA supply chain team to understand the incoming condition of the airplane, and be able to turn over a clean airplane to field supplier team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• IVT, Cognos, Velocity experience mandatory.

• Strong relationship building experience.

• 2-5 years of airplane build experience.

• Experience managing supplier teams, and allocating resources based on priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Strong communication and relationship building experience required.

• Flexibility in work hours, especially when faced with airplane milestones.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $107,100 - $155,250
