Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and critical-thinking Finance Business Partner to serve as a senior financial analyst within Blue Origin's Engines business unit. This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance and operational execution, making it central to how we build and fly rockets affordably and reliably. In this key role, you will collaborate directly with program leadership while partnering with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and material planning to drive financial excellence and program success.

Day to day, you will deliver comprehensive cost analysis, variance explanations, and strategic guidance to Engines program leadership, developing financial models and scenario analyses that inform critical program decisions across the full cost structure.
