Senior Technical Recruiter - Hardware / Manufacturing

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will be own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process and optimize hiring for specific engineering departments.

Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated, and highly passionate about building organization.

Role:

Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.

Requirements:

6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company
Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussed
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task

Base pay is a single component of Astranis's total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, high quality company-subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on-site catered meals.

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

Base Salary

$120,000—$140,000 USD
