About the Job

Array Labs is looking for a Technical Marketing Lead to shape how we tell our story to customers, investors, and partners. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving company: you'll craft the strategy, set the narrative, and develop the materials that represent Array Labs in high-stakes opportunities. You'll help define how Array Labs positions itself in the market, working directly with engineering and leadership to build the narrative architecture underpinning the company's external presence. Your work will sit at the center of how Array Labs presents itself to the world.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop Array's marketing strategy as we grow the brand, break into new markets, launch products, and pursue high-stakes business development opportunities
  • Define Array's positioning in the market, mapping the competitive landscape and shaping our message for different external audiences
  • Work closely with engineering, business development, and brand to translate highly technical content into accessible, compelling narratives
  • Build and maintain pitch decks, sales presentations, and briefing materials for government and commercial audiences
  • Create core materials to carry the strategy to market, communicating Array's value proposition and products across different contexts and buyers
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Government, History, or other Liberal Arts degrees
  • Demonstrated experience in technical marketing, product marketing, communications, or investor relations, with ownership of positioning or messaging
  • Proven ability to work with highly technical subject matter and extract clear, compelling narratives from engineers and experts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong writing and slide design skills with hands-on ownership of written content, data visualization, and visual layout (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Experience setting direction and establishing ownership in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years in a marketing-focused or content-forward role, ideally at a defense tech, aerospace, satellite, or similarly technical company
  • Background in a STEM field or strong marketing and communications training, ideally both
  • Experience developing and owning marketing or messaging strategy, crafting narrative frameworks for a product line or brand
  • Experience positioning against competitors and tailoring a message to distinct buyer audiences
  • Familiarity with Government contracting
  • Strong editorial judgment and a low tolerance for jargon and filler
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company where marketing and/or communications function was being built, not inherited
  • Compensation & Benefits

Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity. We want everyone here to have real ownership in what we're building.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including the following:
