Outtalent (YC S19) is a startup that provides an online mentorship program focused on helping software engineers around the world get jobs at top tech companies like Google.
Our mission is to build high-quality, long-lasting & innovative educational & career services to help people from all countries pursue, find, and get a job in a place they will prosper.
Key accomplishments
As of April 2026, We already helped hundreds of people from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa get jobs in top tech companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Stripe, Uber, DeepMind, and Jane Street. Our success helped us reach profitability and earn more than $2M in total.

For our tech stack we use Python, Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, Vue.js, Nuxt, and Svelte.
Founders
Before Outtalent, Tilek worked in engineering, business, and project management roles at Google for 11 years, including work on such products and programs as Search, Gmail, YouTube, and Chrome. Last 4 years he spent at Google X as a program manager focused on stratospheric balloons that provide Internet in remote areas in emerging markets as well as a lead of a machine learning business.
