About the Company

Beglaubigt.de is building Europe's digital legal layer for founders.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of European entrepreneurs still drive to notary offices, sign stacks of paper, and wait weeks to start a company. We think that's absurd. Legal trust infrastructure was built for paper, we're rebuilding it in protocols. Today we're Germany's leading platform for digital company formations and notarizations. Founders incorporate GmbHs, UGs, GbRs, and eGbRs with us end-to-end online. Neobanks, accounting tools, and fintechs (Qonto, Holvi, sevdesk, Kontist) plug into our Incorporation API to turn "start a business" into a one-click flow inside their own products.

We launched in 2024, joined YC in F24, and grew 4.3× year-over-year into 2025. We just closed a $3.3M seed round led by Moonfire Ventures, with Zeno Ventures, YC, and Jawed Karim (co-founder of YouTube) backing the vision.

We're ~20 people in Munich, working across product, engineering, sales, legal, and operations. We move fast, ship weekly, and take our craft seriously.

Our vision: a world where entrepreneurs never have to think about legal or tax again.

First one to solve online notarizations in Europe. Previously founding team at Razor Group - European unicorn that scaled to €1.7B+ valuation, 500+ employees, and 150+ acquisitions. Oversaw 100+ M&A deals, where the real bottleneck turned out to be notaries, not deal terms.
