Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy our robots into customer warehouses. You’ll use our tech stack to set up, run, and debug our systems on-site, as well as be customer facing. This role doesn’t require contributing to our codebase. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Robotics generalist with a software background and a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in Linux and running commands from the command line.
• Familiarity with robot hardware.
• Electrical debugging skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in warehouse environments.
• Personable and comfortable talking with customers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ROS/ROS 2.
• Familiarity with AMRs, robot arms, or humanoid platforms.
• Experience with warehouse automation systems.

About the interview
We will conduct 3-4 interviews with various members of our team evaluating your skills and past projects. The final interview will cover administrative details and the logistics of the hire.
