Electrical Engineer

Weave is making Isaac, a general-purpose, personal robot that’s built for the home and will change how we live.  We’re looking for high-performing people to join us and do exceptional work.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for design and test Isaac’s most important electrical components. You’ll design and validate PCBAs for key components such as controllers, compute, sensing systems, and power management and distribution systems. You’ll partner closely with our mechanical engineering team to design and optimally integrate Isaac’s hardware during prototyping and assembly.

Requirements

Expertise in PCBA design and testing is required along with strong electrical engineering fundamentals.  You’ll need to have worked with some combination of power and digital electronics, and the ideal candidate will bring experience designing for robotic systems or general mechatronics experience (dynamic or actuated systems).
