Job Description

We’re hiring a Commercial Solutions Associate to help our Sales Director turn complex deals into clear customer plans, polished materials, and organized execution.

In this role, you will be the strategic & operational backbone behind the sales process, helping ensure customer conversations turn into concrete next steps, tailored proposals, and professional deliverables. You’ll work closely with our Sales Director to keep deals organized, responsive, and moving forward.

Our customers are often evaluating how to transform longstanding industrial operations into something more automated, scalable, and data driven. That means they’re not just evaluating software; they are thinking through operational workflows, infrastructure constraints, safety requirements, rollout sequencing, ROI, and organizational change management all at once.

Your job is to help make that transition feel understandable and actionable, all while making sure the customer feels heard.

As Commercial Solutions Associate, you will:

  • Create the decks, proposals, implementation plans, ROI narratives, and follow up materials that support active deals
  • Sit in on customer calls, synthesize requirements and open questions, and coordinate across our internal teams as needed
  • Make sure the commercial team is consistently prepared, organized, and putting its best foot forward
  • Help our Sales Director prepare for events by reaching out to prospects in advance

This role is ideal for someone with a consulting, business analyst, solutions, or sales enablement background who enjoys turning ambiguous conversations into structured, professional outputs.

About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales Enablement, or other strategic domains
  • Strong writer & clear communication style
  • Able to distill customer conversations into clear needs, priorities, and deliverables
  • Can make any slide look good

Location & Travel

  • In-Office 3 days per week in the Mission District, San Francisco
  • Travel to Clients and Tradeshows as required (10-30% travel)

Compensation:

This role will be be paid salary + commission. The range listed includes the OTE.
