Shift Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our San Francisco site. In this role, you’ll be responsible for real-time execution on the floor — ensuring that people, processes, and equipment are aligned to meet daily production goals. You’ll coordinate staffing and priorities, maintain a steady operational rhythm, and communicate clearly with both operators and cross-functional teams to keep everything running smoothly.

This role covers 3pm to midnight.
