Hardware Engineer (India)

We're building foundational models for general purpose manipulation. Our data infrastructure allows us to generate rich, multi-modal human demonstration data at exponential scale.

We are using this data to train general-purpose manipulation models that work reliably across tasks, objects, and robot embodiments. We are live in deployment across multiple verticals.

As a hardware engineer, you'll own our custom data collection hardware - the design of first-of-its-kind wearable instruments for collecting the highest quality robotics data.

What you'll do:

• Design and iterate on our wearable data collection hardware - mechanical, electronics, and firmware
• Maintain and manage the sensor hardware fleet
• Run calibration; diagnose and repair issues across electronics, firmware, and mechanical
• Root-cause data quality problems that trace back to hardware

You should have:

• Hands-on experience with embedded systems and sensors - encoders, IMUs, force/tactile sensors, cameras
• Strong debugging instincts across electronics, firmware, and mechanical assembly
• Experience maintaining or scaling a hardware fleet is a plus
• Strong hands-on instinct - comfortable disassembling, testing, and rebuilding hardware
