InLoop builds warehouse robots that run fully autonomously in customer warehouses today. The fleet is growing quickly, and the demand is huge.
We're hiring a field and assembly technician to build our robots and keep them running at customers. You'll split your time between our workshop, where you assemble and test robots, and customer sites, where you install them, swap parts and keep every robot on your route in good shape.
This is a hands on role. Some days you're building a robot from the base up, some days you're on the road with tools in your hands. When a robot is down at a customer, that comes first.
What you'll work on first
- Assembly. Build robots in our workshop from drawings and work instructions: bases, arms, grippers and wiring.
- Test before shipping. Run the checks every robot passes before it leaves the workshop.
- Transport and install. Load robots into the van, drive them to the site, set them up and hand them over to our deployment engineer.
- Repairs. Swap arms, grippers, cables and boards on site, and get the robot running again fast.
- Maintenance and reporting. Regular checks on every robot in your region, and every failure logged with photos so our hardware team can fix the cause.
- Better builds. Tell us what makes a robot slow or hard to build, so the next one goes faster.
What we're looking for
- Vocational training or experience as Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, industrial mechanic or similar
- 2+ years assembling, maintaining or repairing machines, robots or vehicles
- You can build from drawings and work instructions, and you notice when something doesn't fit
- Comfortable with hand tools, crimping, a multimeter and basic electrical safety
- Driving license (B), and happy to drive a van across Europe
- Reliable and organized: you're there at 6:30 when the warehouse opens
- German and English
Nice to have
- Industrial robots, AMRs or warehouse automation
- Elektrofachkraft or a similar electrical qualification
- Welding
- Another European language
- Forklift license

About InLoop Robotics
We are building AI-native fulfillment powered by robotics. Warehouses without human labor that get better, faster, and cheaper with every order. Most robotics companies wait until their system is perfect before deploying. We don't. We ship imperfect policies into real warehouses, detect failures in real time, recover automatically when we can, and bring in a remote human operator when we can't. Every failure becomes training data. Every intervention makes the system better. The result is a fulfillment system that continuously learns from production.
