Design and run experiments on LLM-based agents — prompting strategies, memory, tool use, fine-tuning, and RL.

Strong plus: post-training (fine-tuning, RL, reward modeling, outcome-based training) and early-stage or founding experience.

Project Leadership: Independently lead small research projects while collaborating on larger team initiatives.
