Zipi Slavin

As a member of Wilocity's management team, Zipi Slavin is responsible for the company's human resources from hiring to people development. Prior to joining Wilocity, Zipi served in several HR positions at both Intel and Engel Group; her strengths include both the procedural and the personal aspects of HR. She is skilled at establishing and carrying out HR initiatives and procedures such as personnel recruitment, compensation and benefits programs, as well as in training and organizational communication. Zipi excels at the people level, enabling fast growth organization that preserve high motivation and open communication. Zipi earned a bachelor's degree in human resources from Haifa University.
