Dr. Felcht is a Managing Director of OEP. Prior to joining OEP, Dr. Felcht served in a variety of operational roles for more than 30 years, including as CEO and Chairman of Degussa AG and as Chairman of RÜTGERS AG, Goldschmidt AG and SKW Metallurgie AGDr. Felcht served on the Board of Süd-Chemie AG until May 15th, 2011 and was previously a member of the Board of Hoechst AG. Dr. Felcht is Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Bahn AG and Member of the Board of Jungbunzlauer AG and CRH plc. He was awarded a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Kaiserslautern in 1976.
