Tingru Liu

Mr. Tingru Liu is the Managing Partner at IPV Capital based in Beijing. Prior to joining IPV Capital, Mr. Liu served as Director of the Economic Policy Department at the Ministry of Information Industry (MII), Executive Secretary for Vice Minister of MII, and Department Head of National Investment Corporation. Mr. Liu is very well regarded in the Chinese IT and technology sectors where he has over 20 years of experience. Mr. Liu receives his BSc from Peking University. He was also a visiting Scholar at Stanford University APARC program.
