Timothy Connolly

Tim is senior vice president and head of Technology and Operations at First Eagle Investment Management, and head of Technology at NewStar Financial, the private credit group of First Eagle. He is responsible for the firms’ information technology strategy and middle office operations. Prior to his current role, Tim held a variety of positions including vice president of technology and vice president of private fund accounting. Before joining the firm in 2003, he was responsible for the implementation and support of various investment accounting systems for New York Life Investment Management. Tim began his career as an accountant with New York Life Investment Management's mutual fund accounting group. He has a BSBA in accounting from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
