Thomas Carbonel joined Astorg in 2011 and is a member of the Investment team. He has been involved in several transactions including LINXENS, KERNEOS, M7, SGG and PARKEON. Prior to joining Astorg, Thomas spent 4 years at the French Treasury, where he worked first on corporate financing and market regulation. Then, as a delegate Mediator, responsible for relations with private equity at the French Credit Mediation, he advised distressed companies on their financing needs and in particular on LBO restructuring. Thomas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE, and holds a master's degree from Stanford University.
