Prior to joining Vintage, Tamar worked at the Israeli Securities Authority where she served as a prosecutor of securities law violations. Before that, she worked in the Corporate and Securities Group of Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, one of Israel’s leading law firms, specializing in venture capital and M&A transactions. Earlier in her career, Tamar clerked for the Chief Justice of Israel’s Supreme Court, the Hon. Dorit Beinisch, and interned with the tax and fund formation group of Gornitzky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm. Tamar holds an LLB (Magna Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University Law School and an MBA from the Hebrew University, with major in Finance, Banking and Accounting and was a member of the editorial board of ‘Mishpatim’, the Hebrew University Law Review. Tamar is a certified attorney in Israel.
