Sukanya leads Partnerships and Business Development at Focus Financial Partners, the leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms in the United States. Since 2015, Sukanya has played a leadership role in growing Focus to over 90 partners with annual revenues $2B+. Focus went public with a successful IPO in 2018 (NASDAQ: FOCS) and returned to private ownership in 2023 with leading PE investors Clayton Dubilier Rice and Stone Point.

Sukanya has expertise in collaborating with medium-scaled entrepreneurial owner managers in the professional services industry to create transformational growth under public and private ownership. She helps Focus Partner Firms grow revenue and profits via organic and M&A strategies and by engaging with a vibrant ecosystem of wealth tech innovators, custodians, investment managers, etc. Prior to joining Focus, Sukanya had executive leadership experiences at Barclays, Citigroup and Capital One across M&A, Finance, Strategy and business unit P&L responsibility. Sukanya has an outstanding track record of creating partnerships and transformative revenue growth across disruptive and traditional financial businesses. She is a skilled communicator and negotiator and a proven leader and developer of highly accomplished and cohesive teams.
