Stefano Loreti

Stefano Loreti is a Partner at GoldenTree Asset Management focused on structured product investments. Prior to joining GoldenTree, Mr. Loreti was a Partner and Head of Structured Credit at Hayfin Capital Management, where he was the Strategy Captain for securitized investments within Hayfin’s private credit funds and was a member of the Structured Credit Investment Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Loreti was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Cairn Capital, where he ran a team of portfolio managers and analysts managing $20bn in senior and mezzanine ABS, CMBS, RMBS and CDOs. Prior to this, Mr. Loreti was a Portfolio manager at Wharton Asset Management, where he was responsible for credit and trading of mezzanine ABS investments. Prior to this, Mr. Loreti also held roles as Senior Analyst at Abbey National Treasury Services and Bank of Bermuda, where he focused on structured products investments. Mr. Loreti began his career as a Credit Analyst at Gulf International bank. Mr. Loreti graduated cum laude in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is a qualified chartered accountant.
