Sophie Caspi

Sophie Caspi joined Aviv in 2008 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. Sophie is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, Israeli and U.S. tax returns. Sophie works closely with Aviv's financial, tax and legal advisors in Israel and abroad, who are involved in all aspects of financing and monitoring the early-stage ventures backed by Aviv, as well as reporting to the Fund’s Limited Partners. Prior to joining Aviv, Sophie was a Controller in Walden Israel, a Venture Capital Fund for 4 years. Mrs.Caspi was a Senior Auditor at KPMG Somekh Chaikin one of the four leading accounting firms in Israel and was responsible for a wide range of clients, which included among others, publicly traded companies on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Sophie is a C.P.A. and holds an M.B.A. degree and a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting, both from Tel Aviv University.
