Shujun Li

Prior to founding Trustbridge, Shujun Li was the CFO of Shanda Interactive Entertainment (Nasdaq: SNDA) from 2004 to June 2006. He joined Shanda in 2002 when the company was at its early stage and led Shanda's major financing activities including pre-IPO financings and IPO, as well as all M&A transactions, including the acquisition of 19.5% stake in Sina Corp (Nasdaq: SINA). During his tenure, Shanda raised more than $450 million of capital for expansion and acquisitions, and its market cap reached $3 billion. Prior to 2002, Mr. Li was the founding member of Zhongrong Fund Management Company and an investment banker with China Southern Securities Company Limited. Mr. Li received his Master's degree in economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, China and B.A. from Hebei Normal University.
