Sarah Harvey

Sarah is an experienced leader who is passionate about growing innovative businesses. Recently the Head of UK at fast-growing fintech Square, and previously the COO of Tough Mudder, Sarah has worked across 22 countries and is no stranger to international landscapes. Sarah started her career with large company experience at Diageo and Bain & Company, and at not-for-profit organisations in Africa where she worked on projects ranging from supply chain management for a medical charity in the DRC to advising on public health financing facilities for the Gates Foundation in Tanzania, Nigeria and Senegal. Sarah is also a board member for Securities Trust of Scotland Plc. Outside of work Sarah loves to read as many novels as possible whilst travelling, watch England play rugby and improve her boxing skills. MA Hons, University of Cambridge.
