Ryan Beiermeister

Ryan is a Partner at Founders Fund. Previously, she was a VP at OpenAI leading AI safety work, a Product Director at Meta leading election integrity & social issue teams, and a VP at Palantir where she led development of Gotham, an analysis platform deployed across military, intelligence, and civil agencies in democracies around the world. She holds a BA in political science from Northwestern University, graduating summa cum laude. At university, she was a champion policy debater, where she and her partner were the #1 ranked team in the US. Ryan was also awarded the top individual speaker award at the college national championship in 2012 – the fourth woman since 1946.
