Ronald P. Spogli

Mr. Ronald P. Spogli serves as a Founder, Principal, and General Partner of Freeman Spogli & Co. Mr. Spogli serves as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley DW Inc. He is employed at Innogest SGR S.p.A and also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board and Director of Innogest SGR S.p.A. Prior to this, Mr. Spogli served as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., where he was responsible for its mergers and acquisitions business in the Western United States.
