Roger Chevrel

Roger Chevrel has over 30 years of experience in electronics, managing businesses in a wide scope of domains and in a variety of stages of maturity, most of them with global leading positions. Roger began his career in public works and then founded a software services company. He joined Thomson-CSF (Thales) in 1981 as a system project manager and then became CEO of the military IT division. From 1990 onwards, he was appointed Senior VP and member of the Thomson-CSF executive board; he became CEO of the IT Group in 1990, the Communications and Command Group in 1992 and the Solutions and Services Group in 1998. Roger has been a consultant since 2003 and has cooperated with Techfund since 2005. He is Ingénieur Civil des Mines, a CPA graduate and holds a Master in law. Recently, Roger served on the Board of Seemage (acquired by Dassault Systèmes).
