Richard has a wide experience in audit of financial statements of banks, investments funds, asset management companies, brokerage houses and leasing companies prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. He hes also significant experience in banks’ and financial institutions’ financial statements audit in KPMG London and Warsaw, in extent of financial instruments accounting, due dilligence projects, financial sector securities transactions and issues, SOX 404 implementing, internal audit, retail and corporate loan portfolio reviews and credit risk management.
