Pedro Seabra

Pedro Seabra is a Partner in the Real Estate Business Area. He joined Explorer Investments in 2012 as responsible for the Discovery Fund. In 2017 he is the person in charge of the real estate fund EREF (Explorer Investments Real Estate Fund). He worked at CBRE in Madrid in 1987 and opened the Portuguese office in 1988, leading it until 2012. He managed the Management Company of Fundo Primeiro Imobiliário, Selecta-SGFII, and was CEO of Neoturis. He was Chairman of the Associação de Consultores e Avaliadores Imobiliários and Board Member for RICS Portugal. In charge of teaching comparative real estate at ESAI and in a masters' course in management and real estate finance at CEMAF/ISCTE. He has a degree in Systems Engineering from Instituto Superior de Matemáticas Aplicadas and a master in Finance and Company Financial Management from ISCTE-INDEG. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and appraiser certified by the CMVM.
