Paul Latham

Paul Latham is Managing Director of Octopus and Head of Product Design. He’s part of the Management Committee, responsible for getting things done day-to-day. Paul also has responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic direction of the VCT business line, covering 13 VCTs managed by three investment teams. His experience includes developing infrastructure for Capital One Bank (Europe) as it grew from a start-up to a company employing over 2,000 people. Paul’s extensive general management and internal consulting experience has developed into a career lasting over thirty years. Paul Latham attended Imperial College London.
