Nilesh Rathi

Nilesh has over 20 years of industry experience that is diverse and cross-functional. As a fourth generation entrepreneur, apart from steering various divisions in one of the Rathi Group of Companies, he led to adopt several path-breaking initiatives including some innovative technology adoption. He assists entrepreneurs in financial management, strategy execution, globalization, relationship management, and in building business processes. He is also a Member of the Seed Fund Committee at National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board, India’s largest science business incubator. He pursued an undergraduate degree with High Honors in Chemical Engineering and a graduate degree in Chemistry from the USA before pursuing Global Management from IIM Calcutta.
