Nick Taranto

Nick is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ignition Benefits, a modern benefits brokerage bringing market transparency to mid-market health plans. Previously Co-Founded Plated, scaling it to 1,500 employees before its acquisition by Albertsons. He also founded HOP WTR, a non-alcoholic sparkling water brand that raised $20M+, scaled to 10,000+ points of distribution nationwide, and sold to Constellation Brands in 2026.

Prior to Plated, Taranto served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
